Available to employees of Northern Arizona Healthcare enrolled in an accredited nursing degree program in Northern Arizona.

Must be a Northern Arizona Healthcare employee accepted or enrolled in an accredited degree program with the intent to complete an undergraduate or graduate nursing degree. Proof of employment and acceptance/enrollment is required.
Scholarship funds are for the 2023-2024 academic year and should only be used to cover tuition, course books, or other academic-related expenses.
Applicants may only receive one scholarship per year from Health First Foundation. Scholarships are awarded annually and are non-renewable.

Please explain how advancing your education will contribute to one of these areas of need in northern Arizona:

Preventing, reducing, or mitigating chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, respiratory conditions, dental disease, and cancer
Improving behavioral and mental health
Improving access to quality health care, including preventative care and screening services
