Assessment

Health First Foundation and the NARBHA Institute commissioned the Center for Health Equity Research at NAU to conduct a comprehensive assessment of health needs in our region. Through this process, we learned about the health issues our communities face, the causes of those issues, and the availability of resources to address them.

We raise funds and award grants to affect change in health and well-being in northern Arizona. Our aim is to increase the quantity and quality of health programs, services, and other resources to help people overcome challenges with chronic illness, behavioral health, and accessing quality health care.
